Just remember that the default user/password might still be ADMIN/ADMIN :)

ipmitool -I lanplus -H $HOST -U USER -P PASSWORD power cycle

To connect to the serial console

ipmitool -I lanplus -H $HOST -U USER -P PASSWORD sol activate
